  Location

  Queen size bed is very small and not comfortable. The entrance to the hotel room is very inconvenient (round the corner). Breakfast ends too early.

  The complimentary breakfast should be removed from your service offerings. The room is too small for the volume of people that only have to 9:00 am to take advantage of. Guests lined up in the hallway. No food or drink allowed to leave the breakfast area tying up much needed tables and chairs even more.The menu was minimal and poorly prepared. By far worst we have been ever exposed too. Better for you not to even offer it.

  We enjoyed that the view and sights were really close to our hotel.

  Yes the Front desk staff was rude and short not friendly at all even thought the hotel was good. Front desk service was very short and rude.

  I enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn-The room was comfortable and very clean. The bed was comfortable.The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and professional.

  The add on line did nor mention parking was an additional fee.

  We thought the room was very clean and comfortable. Our room had somewhat of a fallsview and that was an added bonus. The check in and check out process was handled very efficiently and in a courteous manner. The room met our needs and we enjoyed the view.

  We don't quite understand why there is a charge for parking although we knew about it from the website. The majority of motel/hotel chains as you travel south in the us do not charge for parking. Also, it was odd that there was only 1 elevator used by the guests and the cleaning staff. Also, it was extremely hot where the buffet, vending machines and pool were located. Strange place to put vending machines.

  I did stay with my 2 boys in 2 Queen Beds room. The hotel location is one of the best in the town. Room is prety large and clean. We had free breakfast, which was not bad at all.

  I don't like that the parking in the hotel is not free and this is not mention in the website add. Another things which was bother us was the noise during the night from other rooms. We can hear all the showers, toilets, water, etc. from the rooms above us or beside us. We were able to listen our "neighbours" chats. Obviosly the isolation between the room is not good.
